These draft terms describe the current Forexito website and software subscription, the source product review dated 22 September 2026. This draft has not been re-reviewed for Forexito-specific product availability, payments or legal identity.
1. Scope and current service
Forexito provides a website describing its software and a Telegram account app. New-brand checkout and payments are not currently enabled. A plan, if and when offered, is a time-limited software license for eligible MetaTrader 5 use; it is not a deposit, investment account, managed account, copy-trading service or promise of funding.
2. Eligibility and your responsibilities
Use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so and follow the rules that apply to your location, broker and trading account. You are responsible for deciding whether the software and account setup are appropriate for you. Keep your Telegram account and license details secure. Never send broker passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys to support.
3. Plans, licenses and renewals
Forexito plan checkout and payments are currently disabled. The catalog reference shows Eco/Plus/Pro/Ultimate at 9.99/19.99/24.99/49.99 USDT monthly; 3- and 12-month choices are not enabled in the Mini App. Verify an active offer in the account app before relying on any price or sending funds.
4. Crypto orders and payment
New-brand payments are disabled. Do not send cryptocurrency to any address claiming to be for a Forexito website order. If checkout is enabled later, verify the asset, network, destination and amount inside the account app; a transfer alone will not confirm an order.
5. Trading risk and no promised results
Trading foreign exchange and leveraged products involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the funds in a trading account. Automation can act quickly and can be affected by market conditions, broker execution, connectivity, platform outages or configuration. Forexito does not promise profit, a particular return, a successful prop evaluation, account funding or avoidance of loss. Historical or simulated results do not establish future results.
6. Brokers and prop-firm accounts
The broker and trading platform are third parties and remain subject to their own terms and controls. An Ultimate license may carry a Prop-connection entitlement, subject to the current broker/prop directory and server-side checks. That entitlement only concerns software license eligibility; it is not a funded account, prop-firm service, approval by a firm or guarantee that a firm permits a particular EA.
7. Affiliate program
Forexito-specific referral rates, discounts, commission and withdrawal eligibility are not confirmed as available. Do not rely on illustrative website calculations as an offer. If the program is enabled, its active rules and account app will be authoritative.
8. Availability, support and changes
Access depends on the Mini App, Telegram, MetaTrader, brokers, network providers and blockchain services, which may be unavailable or change. Contact support through the Mini App for order, license or account-access issues. Forexito may update software, prices or these terms; material changes should be reviewed before continuing to use a paid service.
9. Services not currently offered
The current Forexito product does not offer investment of customer funds, discretionary account management, copy trading, prop-firm funding or a managed VPS/hosted execution service. These services must not be inferred from future roadmap ideas or from old Dobiforex documents. Prop-connection eligibility described above is limited to license compatibility.
