The first accepted connection establishes the binding, while subsequent session checks maintain authorized access. Read reported information in context

Compatible EAs can supply their version, chart instrument and heartbeat account readings, including balance, equity and open positions. The app presents the latest values received for that connection. A reading reflects the last report, not continuous observation of the terminal, and an absent value does not justify inventing a current account state.

Investigate changes from a relevant record

Connection activity and session status help explain a reconnect or expired connection. The same terminal can reconnect while a different terminal remains restricted. After a crash, status changes when the session's validity expires; detection is not instantaneous. Use these details with the actual terminal when following a guide or asking support about the affected connection.
